Bakery Policies

Under the Texas Food Cottage Laws, I am unable to ship any order of any kind (no exceptions).

I am also unable to sell anything that requires Temperature-control (cheesecakes, pumpkin pies, kolaches, etc.)

I do have access to a Licensed Commercial Kitchen that would allow me to produce baked goods that I wouldn't normally be able to create from my home. If these exclusive items are offered, they will be solely apart of Holiday presales.

In addition to having my Food Handler's License, I also have my Food Safety Manager license. This allows me to bake to higher food safety standards, as well as enabling me to be able to bake in Licensed Commercial Kitchens.
